Apartment available for a lease takeover for ~3 months. The lease ends November 22, and the target takeover date would be some time around August 22 (though there is flexibility here).
The takeover rate would be the price Im currently paying. Apartments in the area have gotten substantially more expensive since I moved in last year, so this should be a good deal given current market conditions. Also it would be a good way to get onto more favorable renting cycle since fall/winter rent is typically cheaper than summer.
