I am looking for someone to take over my beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Modera Germantown. I truly love living here, but due to some personal circumstances, I need to relocate.
The current lease runs through March 31, 2027, though I am willing to be flexible with the right person. I listed July 1 as the move-in date, but that is flexible as well.
One important thing to note: because of my apartment communitys policy, you would technically be added to the lease as a "roommate." However, I will not be living in the apartment. I will simply remain on the lease while you have full use of the unit. This arrangement is required by management and does not impact your ability to enjoy the apartment as your home.
To be completely transparent, remaining on the lease is a bigger risk for me than it is for you, but Im trusting the Lord that the right person will come along and that everything will work out exactly as its supposed to.
