Our beloved two-bedroom house in King Edward area is looking for a roommate for 4 months (Sept-Dec, could be slightly extended) as Ill be going on a semester abroad! I love my room lots and would love for someone to enjoy living here as much as I do!

The place is in a great area: there is easy access to downtown, both Canada Line and Expo Line, and a bus to UBC right outside the door. There are two grocery stores close by, and the place is close to Main St, which is full of restaurants, shops, and things to do. The area is walkable and quiet, with several parks, community centres, and neighbourhood cafes around. Perfect for someone who wants peace while also having access to all the fun in the city.

The room is fully furnished (posters can be taken down if needed), with a spacious closet, good top lighting and a large window. The place has an in-suite laundry, outside storage, a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a record player, a small collection of vinyls, and even a smaller collection of books. The bathroom is shared with another female roommate, rent is $1325 and utilities are separate :)
