SUBLEASE FROM JULY 2026 TO JULY 2027

Hello,

I am looking for someone to sublease my roommates bedroom in our 2 bed, 2.5 bath duplex townhouse in Piedmont starting July 15th of this year. Our house is located in a very convenient, quiet, and safe area that is 15 minutes away from UC Berkeleys campus by car. We are also less than a block away from buses that run all the way to campus, and walking distance from several grocery stores and restaurants. We have a full-sized, in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Off-street parking is free and included in the amenities. Utilities are not included in rent, but have thus far been very inexpensive considering the area.

Preference will be given to open minded/BIPOC applicants. Small pets are allowed in the lease. I have a very sweet, senior cat who generally stays in my room. She is not socialized to dogs.
