The room is available from July 1st through September 10th, with the possibility of extending longer if its a good fit. Flexible rental terms are available, and Im open to renting by the month if you dont need the entire period.

The house is shared with three other working professionals in their early to mid-30s. Everyone is respectful, friendly, and generally keeps to themselves. The house is very quiet and not a party house, making it an excellent place to relax or work from home.

All current occupants are male, but any gender is welcome. Looking for someone who is respectful, responsible, and at least 21 years old.
