Sublet or Lease Assignment (NO FEE)

We are moving out of our one-bedroom apartment in August and it will be available for sublease or lease assignment beginning August 15, 2026 until the end of the lease on March 31, 2027 (approximately 7-1/2 months). We have found the landlord, A&E Management, incredibly reasonable and supportive as to lease renewal. Rent = $5400 per month, plus monthly $45 residents gym and lounge amenity fee and variable $60-$70 boiler and water fee ($5500 - $5510 total).

Apt 11H at 160 Riverside Boulevard is a 852 square feet spacious, sun-filled 1-bedroom with an in-unit washer and dryer, a walk-in closet, high ceilings with large windows offering direct waterfront views on the Upper West Side.
