Hello! I am one of the two people currently living in a house nearby Yale University in the greater New Haven, CT area. We have a spacious home of 5 bedrooms total with 3 open right now. We also have two kitchens, two bathrooms, and a lovely backyard with a fire pit and a grill. We are currently asking for $1,000 a month but are willing to go less than that and talk things out. The earlier you can move in the better and the end of the lease would be sometime in August.
