There is 1 roommate currently living in the unit, he isnt loud and is clean, and rarely uses the kitchen. Rent is $804+50 for parking, however I am offering to negotiate the price and to cover the lease rental fee which is $250. Furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a large desk with a chair. Utilities are included in the rent. Amenities include washer and dryer in the unit, along with a community pool, 24/7 gym, community study rooms, and community events every other week or so.
