Originally from Tokyo, I have been living in New York for over 25 years. I work in design and the arts and have spent many years building my creative career.

I love beautiful things, traveling, nature, food, and cooking. One of the reasons I love this neighborhood so much is its incredible access to parks and green spaces. If you enjoy walking or jogging, you will be surprised by how many beautiful places you can explore here. At the same time, it is still very easy to get to Midtown and the Upper West Side.

Sublet Terms

Full rent for the sublet period must be paid upfront before move-in
A security deposit equal to 50% of the rent is required
The security deposit will be fully returned at the end of the stay, provided there is no damage and all terms of the sublease agreement are met
Signed sublease agreement and valid photo ID required
