I am renting out a room in my four room, 2,000 square foot house in Millvale, Pennsylvania (10 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh). My wife is moving to New York City on June 10th and then I will be leaving on August 1st. Therefore, the room will be available June 11th - July 31st. Details are below:

- Looking for a temporary roommate. The entire house is available to rent August 1st in case you are interested in the whole house.
- Four bedrooms.
- Two full bathrooms (One on the second floor, one on the third floor).
- Washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave already in the house and set up.
- Front porch overlooking Millvale
- We have one small dog. Hes old (14) and keeps to himself. Super sweet dude.
- Street parking available.
- Extra room for working remote if you do.
- Five minute walk to downtown Millvale/bars/restaurants/shops, etc.
- Basement for storage in case you need to store stuff.

This is perfect for someone who is moving to Pittsburgh and just needs a temporary place to stay while looking for apartments / housing.

Rent and utilities is around $2,500 a month. This would be split between us and prorated for your dates, so around $1,250 a month.
