The apartment is 4x4 but this deal is for 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. No security deposit is required. During this time period you would be sharing the apartment with two roommates.

Mays rent is already paid for so you would only have to pay for 2 months of rent. You would have to pay a $500 lease takeover fee.

The apartment is very close to campus and walkable(10 min walk).
