I am looking for a tenant to sublease my room at the Rambler Atlanta from May to July 26th. I have a bedroom for the Carlyle(you could look it up on their website). You will have you own bed, table, chair, and bathroom. There is a shared TV, coach, kitchen, and balcony. It is a 4-bedroom apartment, but only 1 of the other roommates is planning to stay through the summer. He is male, so we are ideally looking for a people tenant to take over my spot. Utilities are not included in the rent (water, trash, electricity) but there is Wi-Fi, trash chute, gym, pool, sauna, etc. There is an initial fee that the Apartment collects for lease transfers.
