Looking to sublease my private xl room for the month of June. This room is twice the size of a standard room as its meant for two people to share but as its a private room it would be for only . The room comes fully furnished with a bed, two sets of blankets and sheets, pillows, a tv, mini fridge, two closets and drawer space, a desk, and a private bathroom with two sinks. The apartment unit itself has in unit washing and drying, oven, stove, pots, and pans. This apartment is about a half mile away from San Diego State and college area. I have three roommates who all live in their separate rooms. They are very kind, friendly, and love meeting new people.
