Summer 2026 Sublease - University House Midtown ($800/mo, 2b2b)

Ill be subleasing my room in a 2b2b at Uhouse between May and July

Price: $800/mo. I pay ~$1400 plus subleasing fees.
Move-in: After May 16th (flexible)
Move-out: July 24th

Over the summer you will share the apartment with 1 people roommate, but have your own bedroom and bathroom.

Ill cover whatever fees there are outside of the 800 Im asking for. Uhouse will be handling the sublease.

Some benefits of the apartment in Uhouse:
* Close to everything Tech Square
* Only one roommate (only over Fall semester)
* 2nd floor, dont have to take the elevator (trust me this is a huge plus, you can walk in from the stairs right next to the Taco Bell).
* Right across from Publix
* ~10 min walk to the main part of campus, 5 min walk to MARTA
* Safe part of midtown
* Good gym. Smith machine, cables, free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, stair master, yoga rooms, and some other machines
* Pool table in common room
* Outside pool
* Study spaces
* Rooftop
* Fully-furnished

This apartment is great. Imo the best one Ive been to in Uhouse. Zero pest problems if youre concerned about that on a lower floor.
