Hi everyone! I am looking for a subletter for July 16-Dec 31 2027 (dates flexible) for my lovely apartment at 620 Clark Street in Evanston. Its a block away from campus and within a 5 minute walk to downtown. I am offering 1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment for $1,080 per month (flexible!) with heat and water included! Laundry in building and public transport right down the street. Its super spacious with bow-windows and tons of natural light. As of right now it isnt furnished but that is negotiable.
