About the Location: The house is located right near the King Soopers on Taft Hill, super easy to get groceries. Youre a two second walk from the nearest bus station that takes you to campus. Also a super quick drive over to City Park.
Theres always street parking available so you have a car parking is no issue.
Pricing: The rent is 750$ per month, plus maybe 50$ for utilities the room (11x12) is a little smaller so you get a discounted price. There is a 1200$ security deposit.
About the House:
Theres four total bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. Heating. And a back patio area for hanging out.
About the guys: Three other guys live here, theyre all going to be Seniors at CSU. They like playing board games, Poker, and going on hikes when its warm, and hitting the slopes (when theres snow).
