Hello! We are looking to sublet this unit as soon as possible. We are flexible with move in dates, but would prefer to be moved out by June 1st. Pets are allowed with no added fee, your monthly water bill is set to $65 (added to your rent), and there is a large patio included as well. There is a playground, grilling station as well as a laundry facility. You will have 2 parking spaces as well. No security deposit required.
