My roommate and I are students looking to sublet a room in our 2 bedroom apartment in Fayetteville, AR for the summer while we are away (we already have one room that will be subleased by another student in town for the summer). Move in available ASAP-August 9th. (Theres also possible flexibility to stay longer through August if needed!) Total house cost is $1,735, so your portion of the rent would be $867.50 + utilities split with the other person subletting. This is a house with 2 bedrooms, one bath, a side office/studio, a covered front porch, and large front and (shaded) backyards. This is a quiet, cozy neighborhood with very close access to the university, school of art, mill district, bike trails, downtown, etc etc. There is some uncertainty around my roommates whereabouts next year, so theres a chance one room of this sublet could extend into the full lease term (ending in May 27). We will know more about that possibility during the summertime! Female preferred, cost negotiable for the right person.
