We are renting out the third room in our apartment from June 1st ending on July 31st. Myself and my roommate live here already, so there will be two people that you will be living with, we also have two cats that are very friendly towards people but will not adapt well to another pet in such a short time. There is in-unit laundry and dishwasher as well. It is right above the R subway line and the neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We are only looking for female applicants at this time.
