I am moving out of my apartment in mid June (June 14th) and would love to have someone take over the rest of my lease! The rent is $1,389 a month with a monthly $75 admin fee. The only utilities you are responsibie for is electricity as the building covers everything else including internet! The rest of my lease will run through August 19th and you will have an option to renew at that point for a new contract!
