In exchange for lower rent, renter agrees to care for my two really sweet people cats and my fish (15 gallon aquarium of guppies).

-Price: $830 + $400 refundable security deposit. Note: As mentioned above, this reduced rent price is in exchange for caring for my two awesome people cats and fish and based on being in the apartment for 5 weeks. Im willing to consider a shorter sublease, however.
