Hello! Looking to sublet my room at The Hue at the start of June through the end of August (June 3rd-August 31st). Rent is 1300 a month, but Im willing to help with payments if needed. It is 1 room in a 2-bed 2-bath suite with a shared living space. If you decide you like the location, you could renew the lease at the end of August. The unit is fully furnished, with a washer and dryer included. The building has a handful of nice amenities, including a multi-level parking garage, a pool, gyms, and a snack store. The location has been the most beneficial for me, as it is near downtown, a handful of SCAD buildings, and a bus stop.
