- Street parking available (I have never had a problem getting a spot)
- Small side yard with bbq (note this is shared with the upstairs neigh bor)
- Walking distance to Hollywood / Highland Metro, shops and restaurants, Runyon Canyon, The Walk of Fame, The Hollywood Bowl, The friendly Theater, Hollywood Farmers Market, Yamashiro, and many secret stairways
- Pet friendly (House-trained, low-volume pets allowed)
