They have a 24/7 attended lobby, the staff is always friendly and helpful. Neighbors are also pleasant and respectful, lots of families and their cute pets. Amazing location on Lincoln x Fullerton Ave, near restaurants, coffee shops, bars and public transportation.

The apartment is a large studio with an alcove bedroom, a lot of storage room (two large closets), in-unit W/D and updated kitchen appliances. The apartment is on the 16th floor and it faces south with floor-to-ceiling windows, so you get sunlight all year round and it is very quiet.
