Rent is $1,715 a month and the only other bill/utility that is NOT included is electric and that is billed per your own usage.

Brand new apartment with brand new appliances (not even a year old). Private balcony facing the back with the unit along with an outdoor storage closet. Washer and dryer in-unit. Off-street parking at no cost.
