My 2 roommates and I currently live in a 3 x 3 apartment at The Province. After graduation in May, I am looking to sublease my room through July 23.

The tenant would have their own private bedroom and bathroom. The unit also includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher in the kitchen, and a shared living room space with a flat screen TV.

The base rent is $870, and the electric bill is split 3 ways and added to the rent, so it can vary from month to month depending on power usage. The average cost after electricity is approximately $910/month
