- Near berklee college of music & Northeastern University
- theres shopping mall nearby and Newbury st.
- a lot of groceries nearby (whole food, trader joe, etcs)

Furniture:
The room is currently furnished. I can either clear everything out or leave the bed and any furniture you may need totally flexible based on your preference.

Roommate:
Youll be sharing the apartment with my roommate, so Id like you to meet them beforehand to make sure its a good fit for everyone.
