Hello! Im looking to sublet my room at the Reserve; its 3 minutes from UTSA and 8 minutes from La Cantera. I am open to any start/end date, as my lease ends July 2027. And I will pay your first months rent! It is a 3X3 unit, you will have 2 quiet male roommates, your own private bedroom and bathroom, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a fully furnished space. The bedroom will come with a dresser, bed frame/mattress, and desk. The apartment offers its own free parking. You will also have access to the pool, gym, and game room.
