Hello! First time renter here. I am leaving for a little over two weeks on the 26th. Want someone to take over my spot while Im away. Its a creative spot in a super nice neighborhood. Easily walkable to multiple bars and 5-10 different restaurants. I live here and use as my workspace... thus the recording equipment. But its really just a great space to live either way.
