Pricing is negotiable. Rent is $1,539/month, utilities are approximately $8-$11 per month, optional large parking spot for $275.

The building is a 5-minute walk to UT campus and under a 7-minute drive to downtown. Amenities include a gym, sauna, and rooftop pool.
