Due to a change in jobs I am looking to sublease my studio apartment at Seventyone15 McDowell. The lease term is from May 1 - December 31. The unit contains its own washer/dryer and a patio. Amenities at the complex include the pool/hot tub/community lounge/barbecues/and indoor gym. Its a nice location and often the complex will run events for residents if you want to get to know people.
