Hello! I need someone to sublet my unit at Mavericks Place Student Apartments. It is a 4x4 unit all females and is 3 minutes from UTA. The roommates are super nice and friendly, clean, quiet, stay to themselves, and respectful of everyones items.
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, and I am throwing in a free mini fridge, 24 inch TV, and full body length mirror. This specific bedroom is a corner room, so you have your own hallway and are away from the kitchen and common space area. This is a corner unit on the third floor and has a balcony.
I need someone to take over starting in August, but if you need to move in sooner I can do that as well (can be available June 6/1/26 and July 7/1/26). Im also able to cover the first months rent.
For the new leasing cycle starting 8/1/26 - 7/31/27 the base rent is $734 (the lowest discounted rate for a 4x4 at Mavericks Place) and utilities average $20 per person.
