Roommates: You will share the home with three male working professionals (ages 2229) who maintain a clean, quiet, and respectful environment.

Kitchen & Laundry: Access to a fully stocked kitchen and complimentary (non-coin) in-unit full size washer and dryer.

Air Conditioning: Since this house was recently remodeled, central AC runs through the house. No need to bring a window AC unit.

Parking: The driveway features four spots arranged so that no tandem parking is required. Since only four residents currently have cars, every driver gets a spot. Ample, permit-free street parking is also available if you want to park on the street or have guests over.

Leasing Options

Offered at a lower base rent of $1350, with the new lessee assuming responsibility for their portion of utilities. Furniture can be bought out for reasonable price.
