Hi all! My daughters plans have changed and were hoping to find someone to sublease her room at The e the brand new student housing building in downtown Iowa City.

Its a really nice setup: you have your own bedroom and your own bathroom in a fully furnished 3BR/3BA apartment for $899/month (thats $200 OFF the standard rate). Its a co-ed apartment, and were looking for a respectful, easygoing roommate to take over the space.

Lease term: August 15, 2026 July 31, 2027

The e covers all utilities except electricity. Optional parking spot available for $200/month.

The building itself has great amenities rooftop deck, large jacuzzi, two courtyards, 24/7 fitness center, study lounges, a clubhouse with a gaming area, free coffee, and on-site management and maintenance.
