Who is looking to move into a 2 bed/2 bath on Mud Island this summer?

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Arbors Harbor Town anytime! It is a 2 bed/2 bath ground floor unit (~1,100 sq ft) with a base rent of $1823. The perks of living here:

- Quiet, safe neighborhood. Also very quiet and nice upstairs neighbors! You truly hardly hear anything.

- Right next to the tennis and pickle ball courts, gym, and pool.

- Parking right outside the unit

- Management is really great. The office staff are very helpful and all maintenance requests I have submitted have been fixed the same day.

- Valet trash right outside your door, which is honestly dope.

- Pet friendly!!

I will pay to have someone clean the unit before you move in so that it is all tidy before you arrive!
