Rent is $850 plus utilities. There is in-unit laundry and a full bathroom. There is a large kitchen and a decently sized living room. The bedroom is a little on the smaller side, but it has a closet for some added storage space. You also pay a little less rent than the people in the house who have the larger rooms. The room will come unfurnished, but the photos help show that you can fit a lot in the space if you get creative.
Located on Washington Street in Oak Square, so its nearby lots of restaurants and other fun stuff within walking distance. While it is in a slightly noisier area, this room is on the backside of the house so it is more protected from that. There are a couple free spots in the parking lot by the entrance that are very rarely taken, but if those are unavailable there is ample street parking in the area.
Im a little flexible with the move-in day if you need to be in a week or two in advance. Im trying to move slowly within the last couple weeks of May, so let me know if you need that accommodation.
