SUBLEASE posting for my roommate:
26F looking for a female-identifying roommate to sublease room in spacious 3B1B apartment.
Rent: $1650 per month all utilities included ($1750 option if you want the parking spot right in front of the house). 1 months rent as safety deposit.
Starting date: July 1 (flexible for 1-2 week earlier move in)
Ending date: December 12 (flexible for earlier).
Note: this is a 3 bedroom apartment but you would only be sharing with me - the third bedroom is used as a home gym.
Washer/dryer in unit.
Apartment will be furnished (but theres plenty of space for things like kitchenware), individual bedroom will not be. No pets please.

About me: Im generally an active person (ultimate frisbee, tennis (recently started taking lessons), dodgeball, hiking)! I enjoy watching tv in the evening after work to wind down. Would love to hang out with and be friends with whoever Im living with! Just fyi, I work Sun-Thur typically 7am-4 pm. Generally like to clean entire apartment biweekly with equal share of chores.
