Currently looking for someone to take over my lease. I have signed with a 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom student complex on Archer Road. Rent is $549 a month with a $300 holding fee. Lease term is 8/12/26 - 7/31/27. Utilities are split between tenants. Complex allows pets but you must pay a fee. Parking/ pool/ gym/ mailroom all included.
