I am looking for someone to take over my lease through October 31, 2026 (about 6 months). It is 1 bed, 1 bath, 850 sq feet, $1,450 per month rent, $1,700 security deposit, utility bills are about $120 per month, can be available immediately. Dogs and cats are allowed, washer & dryer in unit, walk in closet, patio and storage, free parking, garage option is available, community pool on site. Will need to complete application and go through approval process with the apartment complex leasing office, can lease for 6 months only or renew for another 12 months after October 31, 2026.
