Looking for someone to take over my lease starting in between May 1st and June 1st. This would be a full unit take over, as I am moving out of the apartment. Building is in a nice location with most everyday needs (grocery, gym, gas station, etc) only 5 minutes away. Laundry is located downstairs, and only sharing with 5 other units on the building (6 units per building).
