We are looking for a person (male or people) to stay in a double-bed, fully furnished room in a three-bedroom apartment, starting from May 13 until the end of August 31. No extension beyond August is possible, only sublease for the summer.


The bedroom would be available from the 13th of May, though rent payment would only start in June (means you would pay rent for June, July, and August, so three times total). Kitchen and living room have everything needed, plus there are laundry washer and dryer in the basement. The rent is 1060$ per month, and utilities are (for the summer months) no more than 60$ per month (including internet, water, electricity).

Youd share the apartment with one or two other people subletting the other bedrooms for the summer.

The address is 187 Beacon Streeet, 02143, Somerville. The apartment is situated in a central and very convenient location, with three market stores in 5-10 walking distance (Star Market, Market Basket, Wholefoods), 10-15 walking distance from Harvard Square (with a Red Line station passing via Central Square), 15 to Union and Porter Square, as well as 1.5 mile from Kendall (plus MIT) and Davis Square. Bus 83 passes right outside the house, and bus 87 in a 5 distance. Lots of nice cafes and bars are next to the house or within a distance of less than a mile.
