The apartment is in a really good location, about a 1-minute walk to Laurier, around 12 minutes to Waterloo and a 5-minute walk to nearby restaurants. Its been newly painted and is clean and well-kept. Theres in-unit laundry (washer and dryer), a new microwave, a dishwasher, and two full-size fridges, so theres lots of space for everyone. Theres also a patio and a backyard seating area, which is really nice in the summer. Overall, its just a really convenient and comfortable place to live.
