My roommate and I are subletting a 2-bedroom apartment at 536 S Forest Ave (University Towers) over the summer. We are looking for two people to sublet the whole apartment.

We are currently asking for $1200/person + electricity (negotiable). The apartment comes fully furnished and University Towers has many amenities including: gym, outdoor pool, free coffee, 24/7 front desk security, and on-site laundry.

Our earliest start date is 5/1 and latest end date is 8/2 (Otherwise these dates are flexible).
