I am subletting my apartment in the 10 Bay McMaster Residence building for the remainder of my lease, which would begin May 1st and end August 15th, but I would be flexible to other rental ending or beginning dates, with a firm cap on no dates beyond August 15th. It was my original plan to move all my cookware and decorations out of the apartment and into a locker over the summer, but I may be flexible to other options. The monthly rent is $2100, but I am offering it at a discounted price of $1900. The rent includes access to the unit itself, as well as the arcade, the gym, work spaces, the theater room, the sky lounge, and a rooftop patio.
