Rent is $1250/mo with utilities and laundry all included. The house is fully furnished & equipped (we also have a backyard), and you would have your own bathroom/shower/tub. Fitler Square is a very safe neighborhood that is walking distance to Center City, Rittenhouse, and UPenn/Drexel!
You would have one roommate, she is very friendly, tidy, and respectful. We also have an amazing cat (named Cowboy) who is completely house-trained, sweet, and friendly!
