Subletting Private Room in Back Bay (June/JulySeptember) Female only

Hi everyone! Im subletting my room in Back Bay, MA, from June 22nd/July 1st (flexible move-in) through the end of August.

Location:
~located on 100 Hemenway St, 2 min walk to Northeastern University (Green and Orange Line within 5 minutes walking distance and Ruggles station under 10 min walk)

Whole Foods, CVS, plus tons of restaurants, cafs, Newbury St, and Prudential Center right around the corner

Rent:
$2500/month + utilities (water/electricity and internet bill, never exceeded 50/month for me)
Optional negotiable, flat fee to keep interested furniture (see below)

The Room:
Bright bedroom with two large windows tons of natural light
Spacious and comfortable setup (Queen-size bed fits in with a large study table, with 2 stationary cabinets)
Air Conditioner inside the room (turns warm/cold very fast & maintenance cleans every period)

The Apartment:
Youll be living with one female roommate (healthcare employee) in their early 20s super kind, friendly, very clean, and easy to live with
Private, Large bathroom very clean, spacious
No noise around all years as the street never has noisy/loud traffic, as the location is within the Northeastern University area
Roommate is leaving for vacation for 1-1.5 months; there are no pets/live plants in the apartment

Amazing location for commuting + social life (walking 15 minutes to reach Newbury St, Boylston St, Fenway, Prudential)
