The house is calm and well cared for with a small patio. Street parking is plentiful and the location is hard to beat: close to major freeways, all the fun of Hillcrest with the peacefulness of Mission Hills, and just a ten minute drive to the beach. Looking for someone respectful and easygoing to rent my space to. The house does not have air conditioning and does get hot in the summer, as a warning.
