The security deposit is $100, Application Fee is $50. Base Rent is 1229, there is a parking space available for $100/month. Electric is usage (about 30/month, no more than 50). Other utilities are included (water, internet etc). In all I pay about 1340/month in total. There are 3 roommates, but it is private bath/bed. All furnished.
