Its a 6 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms, large living room and kitchen, backyard, driveway to park a car, and a washer and dryer. Very close to the hospital, med school, art gallery, and YDN, less than a 10 minute walk to cross campus.

Rooms vary in size from 120 to 226 square feet over 2 floors, but all feel large and have lots of natural light. Very flexible on dates, but available from June 1st until pre-foot. Flexible on price as well.
