Im subletting my room in Jeffries Point starting April 17, ideal for a 12 month stay. I will be overseas and havent booked my tickets yet, so if you need the room for up to 3 months, I may be able to work that out. The room is set up to be both very cozy and practical, with a comfortable layout, a modular couch, and a movable TV with Roku so you can watch from bed or the couch. Theres also a proper work setup with a desk, monitor, and an additional screen, plus smart lighting you can control by voice, ambient touches like a lava lamp, and remote-controlled wall lights for late nights. Storage is easy with an in-wall closet, and the space comes with extras like air filters and a robot vacuum to keep things clean. If you play guitar, theres one here youre welcome to enjoy.
The location is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to Maverick Station on the Blue Line, making it easy to get downtown or to the airport quickly. Youre also close to some of the best outdoor spots in East Boston, including Piers Park and the waterfront, along with other parks and walking areas nearby. The neighborhood itself is quiet, safe, and mostly residential, with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and local spots within walking distance. The room is available starting April 14 for $1395/month, with ALL Utilities included and again, flexibility for up to 3 month sublet.
